Live Chess (15 | 10) not working

I've submitted this to tech support and haven't gotten a reply, I'll try writing here to see if I can get an answer. I have played at least five live games now that have not ended. In some, my opponent abandoned the game and his timer ran out. In others, I won by checkmate but the game did not end, the opponent's timer kept going and eventually ran out. I could not start a new game, because the computer thought my game was still going even though the opponent's time had run to zero. The only way I could play a new game was to log out and log back on, but for all my games it then recorded it as a loss for me, saying I had abandoned the games! This is pretty irritating, how can this be fixed? 15|10 used to work, but this started a week ago. Like I said, I've submitted it to Tech Support but nobody is answering. Is anybody having the same problem? I am running Ubuntu 10.04, and the bug happens in Opera 11, Firefox 3.6, and Chrome 14, if that helps. But 15|10 used to work on my system, now it doesn't . What happened?

I did! No answers there either.

MisterSunshine: I'll check and let you know. If you can post links to those failed games (from your game archive), it would help a lot. Thank you!

Here's two examples where I got the opponent in checkmate, the game didn't stop, and now it records that I resigned :

I have a similar problem (playing on an iPhone 4, latest OS build, latest Chess.com update):

In 2|1 Bullet my opponent never runs out of time. When my opponents clock reaches 0, a couple of seconds are added. Over and over again. Simply never runs out. Renders 2|1 useless for me. 5|0 works as normal.

Thank you.
