Live Chess
chess.com doesn't seem to get the point. The problem is on their side. I have connection problems only on chess.com on a regular basis, no matter how I connect (WiFi/Cable).
Wenn the time display starts to flach, indicating at lost connection I can measure my speed in another tab of the same browser to be 30 mbps and ming less than 20ms.
It is really a problem and chess.com should start taking this seriously
What chess.com needs to do is put their stuff on SiteGround, which is THE premiere hosting service, hire a consultant to overhaul the software, and THAT will solve the problems.
I have a hunch that the founders of chess.com either programmed it themselves or some family member with dubious experience set it up. Now, they need to migrate the system. If it's outsourced to a computer group, they need to backshore it and hand it over to a team with proven experience in website design and maintenance. Seriously!
Anyone else's live not working right now?
