No, as far as I understand, in live absolutely no help (including databases, which explorer essentially is) is allowed.

He means like a database where all your games are stored and you look at the statistics just like with turn based chess or master games game explorer(this being not during the game, but when analyzing your play or something). Currently there is no such feature.

Yeah, but thay's not allowed in live. I'ts onlly allowed in correspondence, just like it's allowed in real life correspondence. Live is like OTB play, you're not allowed to take your notes with to your game.
There should be one in my opinion. People play more games in live chess than online chess. Is there one?
