Live chess problem

Just today it seems I can no longer drag and drop the pieces when I move.  Intead I must click on a piece then click on the square I want it to move to.  Is there any way to get back to the drag and drop movement?

Also, I can no longer see the rating of any possible opponent on the graph chart when I place my cursor on their green dot.

Maybe its from the browser you use or you dont have sufficient software?

It seems to have fixed itself. I doubt it was any problem with my browser as I've been playing here for years with never a problem. Sorry to hear your in the same boat KDH, hope your problems are corrected soon
