Live Chess Server Down?

I was in the middle of a game that I was definitely winning in, but obviously the server crashes, and I lose rating points. This isn't fair. chess.com has to fix these things, or people are going to stop using the site. Please chess.com, fix the server crashes. Thanks ~@shashm

Hey all. We had a server issue today (again). This has been our worst week in history. But we FINALLY found the issue and should have it addressed now. I am so sorry. I have literally cried tears many times this week due to frustration and pain knowing that we are letting down our players. I am SO sorry. We are working hard to stabilize under this load, and I believe we made a major breakthrough today.
