hi Guys , i recently encountered a problem that's really bringing the fun out of chess.com . Not too long ago , i was playing a 5min game on live . then suddenly it popped on the screen - "reconnecting" i reloaded the page and then it said "live chess server is unavailable" . i thought it was a server problem , and the game will be aborted . about 6 mins later i reopened chess.com and found out i lost on time . This happened about 2 times and i lost 20 points on my blitz rating .
