To start off, could you please let me know what operating system, browser and browser version you are usign when accessing live chess?
Also, what type of internet connection do you have?
LIve chess is a horrible experience.poor network programming ,non-flash interface and not good support to every browser..The reason most titled player dont play here is because of the lag.
