It Always happen to me in bullet, but not in 3 min and 5 min and other time controls, i hate it. I love bullet, but it's impossible for me to play because i always lose internet connection while playing. This rarely happen when i play on lichess idk why i am so unlucky.

Yes, and it only happens when I'm about to win the game. What a coincidence and convenience to the opposing player. The last game I played the losing player only had less 30 seconds and I still had 1 minutes 57 seconds left. Something's up. That's why I don't become a premium member. But thanks anyway for the practice games.

It looks like someone has some hacker tools to cut down the opponents internet connection so that he will lose the game.
So what happened after I reconnected (disable/enable network adapter) ?
I of course lost the game. The message said I abandoned the game.

Lost connections are a joke on chess.com. I have lost winning games, won losing games etc etc just plain crazy with v low latency wifi and 75Mb speed. This was never the case 3-4 years ago.... probably servers cannot cope with amount of players is the most likely answer and chess.com “solution” of reinstalling app etc is just boring now after reporting this over 10 times ...

If that was true, all members would experience the same and that's patently false.

Yes most of my lost connections occur when playing someone from India.
I have read statements as far back as 2017. Yet nothing has been done to resolve this matter. To conclude a total waste of time.

Yes I have experienced it. I lost connection several times when I was winning. Several times i happned when I was about to win in mate in 1 or mate in 2. I have asked my ISP he says that happens due to IP conflict. It never happened before and he could not understand why this is happening. It appeared that due to something the internet is down for ~30 sec in whole area, during that time i could not access any other website. It never happens when i was not playing. I completely agree with hacking theory.
I recently switched to 4G and it happened there too and Eureka it only happens when i am playing the game but my 4G is smarter than my wired ISP and it reconnects within few seconds it saved me several games.

Interesting case @hsinghal, my case is the following:
Electricity goes for a few seconds, sometimes a few minutes several times a day, I don't believe in hacking theory as I have to admit that every time this happens, I have known issues. However, your case needs to be looked more in-depth in my opinion

Even if I believed that (IP conflict, how would that even happen?), all that you said completely proves it's not hacking.
It happens sometimes and is very frustrating

YES!!!!! It's annoying and my rating is plummeting.. Also in correspondent I get a lot *Our error 502* er something claiming they will look into it..
Khallix, your doing a great job for chess.com but unfortunately the evidence you talk about (on this matter, where is yours?? :-D) is available from a huge amount of players which are sick and tired of online gambling balancing system. Take care! :-D
