Message To People Who Disable Chat

I chose to disable the chat forever because many people wrote me offensive and bothering messages during the games. This distracted me and made me angry. I want to play in peace and improve.

I'm new on this forum, being a member for only one day. I also tried some polite congratulations but no response whatsoever. Alas.

Most people don't disable chat as soon as the game starts, they have it permanently disabled so it just shows up saying it is disabled when the game starts.

Still though.

Most of the people who use chat are morons so it's not surprising many of us have it disabled when we are there to play chess.
What you do at a real board is different - you can actually see and talk to your opponent after the game rather than them being some mystery internet name.

Do you really want people to believe it is wrong to disable chat?
I just think it is pointless.

it is far from beiing pointless, although we have seen people here claiming that morons do not disturb them with their stupid comments. Trust me, the majority of people here do not like that.
I am sorry that a simple gg is offensive and stupid. I try to be nice. Not many people are mean either and if they are block THEM
Chicken! Chicken! You were afraid of winning the next one!
?
.i've played nearly 40'000 bullet games here and i never challenge back anyone. But some people alwasy do challenge someone back. some believe it is rude that you do not accept the new challenge when they have lost and call the opponent chicken. But sometimes you just decline because the loser was playing like an idiot, its not because your afraid to lose the other game. when there is no 'challenge' in the first game, its often tempting to decline the new challenge. We play chess for fun, not for winning and seek excitement. We don't seek boring games.

I bet he never plays OTB.
Once the president of the other club came running and screaming to me saying: "You should have lost!" (after I won an equal endgame against his team player), my opponent looked away embarrassed and we went to another table to analyze (since in our table, two others of my club started screaming too).
