Dear chess.com live chess user that leaves games due to a clear loss position,
I understand that you are a sore loser but you do not have to show it. We both have something in common; We wanted to play a chess game and try our best. Obviously, however, after accepting that you lost you decided that leaving the game would be the appropriate response to this stunning loss.
Let me tell you this, leaving a game is very rude and chess.com should not accept this poor behavior. Instead of leaving you have other options: resigning, or playing it out. The two inappropriate responses are: leaving the game, and letting time tick down as you sit there probably crying by your computer.
How would you like it if I ran out my clock with still quite a bit time left? Think about that for a bit. How would you like it if I leave the match and make you wait for the autowin to kick in?
You are probably a salty, young kid who thinks it is funny and thinks that they deserve this for beating you. If that is how you behave then you should not play on live chess anymore. Stick to turnbase games or don't play other people at all. Grow up and learn to accept a loss by either resigning, or play it out and see where it goes but do not stall or disconnect.
Do you want to be labeled as that unfair player who abandons games? I hope you get restricted on your account because I am sure this is common behavior. I think we need to publicly or put them on some sort of list. Flag their accounts so other members can see that they are offenders of the chess.com rules. Put a little plag by their name like they do for DWI drivers. Make it knowen so people are warned before the match up with these immature, sore losers.
The fair play policy that chess.com may or may not work, I don't know. I do not know of anyone being restricted but they should have a flag by their name to expose them so people know they may do it again. Please look into this issue and let's end this behavior please.
With regards,
~Matthew
