New Live Chess - problems?

Since the most recent Live Chess update, I have been disconnected 5 times, had the application freeze twice, and had one of my games resigned for me (as in, a message popped up saying I had resigned when actually I hadn't!). One of my opponents also complained about the resigning thing, saying he hadn't resigned, yet I was awarded the win through resignation. And this is in the space of 9 games!

Odd then, that in 50 games before the new version came out, I had no problems whatsoever!!!!

Am I the odd one out?

are you kidding i haven't even been able to start a game because it's always loading

The new version's worked perfectly for me so far...

Yeah, it seems most people think the new version is better. I like the layout better.

I've had the "resigned for me" thing.

Also had this: we were both waiting for the other to play, watching each other time running down, last move not displaying on the board. This happened in the middle of the several games, which was quite annoying, but also in the very first move, which led to aborted games and a lot of lost time.

never had that one but i have had both clocks running at the same time.then again that was only once

what comment should i say when i was at ending of the game and i made my pawn to queen but suddenly the game was declared draw for insufficient materials...i was thinking my pc is in trouble? or am i the one who does not know how to use it...hahaha

There are as many bugs in new version as in old version. In fact present one is less stable.One can only hope they will fix it soon.

What's all this CONNECTED....RECONNECTED crap going on during Blitz etc...

what a mess....Typical CHESS.COM b.s....Once again biting off more than they can chew...The Germans have aptly described such sitiuations by saying...

"Der wurm ist uberall drin".....(The worm is in everything!!!!!!!!)

I can't get connected to the live server  apart from sometimes during late night. Also the stupid IM bar (which I dont want) has been included and I can't seem to turn it off.

Could this be fixed in anyway. It's getting really boring to loose a game in 'connection interrupted, waiting for connection'. I've lost six games in few days because of this and I don't play to loose. I use Firefox (not working) and tried explorer (disaster).

In the mean time I would recommend that you take a look at the http://www.chess.com/echess/ as you should be able to play chess here without any interruptions.
