No sound on iPhone

The last week, during live games, there is no “move” sound. I can’t find a setting that has been changed anywhere.

No, I do that quite often so it’s the first thing I check.

I assume you've checked the phone's volume level and the app's sound setting.

You could try deleting the app and reinstalling.

I don’t use the app.  I play at chess.com but on Safari

This problem happens when you play on the iphone or ipad using a browser. When you notice there is no sound, after your opponent moves, reposition 1 move back then reposition one move forward.  Continue  to make your move. The sound should be back.
