Hi Markus

I'm relatively new on here and I'm sorry you had that kind of abuse. I think it does help when you publicise the culprits responsible. It lets everyone else know about them.

I found out that if you go to http://support.chess.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=709 then you can find out how to report the abuse. It also gives suggestions as to what you can do.

I do hope your remaining time on here is a pleasant experience.
