please fix this software

I was disconnected 3 games in a row from 11:20-11:45 MST.  Pleeeeeese rewrite the software. I've lost 50 points in 3 winning games!

I'd rather they fix stupid, that way I don't lose 50 points in winning games either.

ive never ever been disconnected from live chess. also there is a warning at the start...

Chess.com has acknowledged that Live Chess is not working optimally and have commenced a complete rewrite. Have patience proper live chess is within reach.

 i think i understand the intent of those words before the comma, but unless stupid is a noun and not an adjective or adverb, that just makes no sense whatsoever.  huh?

It's a roundabout way of saying I have a habit of hanging pieces in winning positions.

I have no idea how to interpret the words of Eniamar.. Is this an insult or is this person trying to say something more meaningful ?

I havn't ever been disconected.

I have learned not to get too upset by disconnects.  I have also won some games that way so it averages out. 

accidental or purposeful disconnection during live chess stopped completely when I did what was told and played only when connected thru Mozilla
