Premove ???

In my recent games, (30sec), I found that some of my premove are wrong. I expected 0.1 sec/move but in my 2 nearby games, the premove is 0.5->1,5 sec, even 2.0!. And you know what, in a 30 sec games, 0.1 sec is very important. It can determine I win or lost. I don;t know how to fix, but my internet are really strong and I checked it 3-4 times this week. I need your opinion!!

When play with a 600's player and 2000 player. You r gonna be win and then you realize

For premove, I go move by move (not premove more than one moves). Also, use premove ONLY when you are capturing to a square where your piece is (that way, the premove will execute only if the opponent takes your piece (correct anticipation!)

Id suggest either your internet is unstable or as @prince_prime77 has insinuated you're actually not premoving the moves you think you are, eg. if you're doing multiple premoves in the flurry of moves you've actually made an illegal move and you haven't realised.

I'd suggest you download OBS (Open broadcaster software) you can record yourself playing and watch it back to be sure.

/ping will also tell you your ping to the server incase you're interested.

i've just experienced the same issue, multi-premove with all legal moves, K+Q+ppp vs K, me with the Q, i've multi-premoved like 20 legal moves. Before premove my time 10 secs my opponent time like 3 secs, i've lost on time. I've double checked after the game and each of my premoves took about 1.5 seconds while my opponent premoves took the usual 0.1. There was no hint that my connection to chess.com was bad.

Any idea?
