In a phone or iPad why does it not let you do premoves
You have to have the setting enabled first. Go into settings and click on the stopwatch thing under the calendar and it's in there. Just know, if you do a premove using your iPhone or iPad, you can't take it back to do something different. Once you do a premove, your stuck with it on iPhones.
No you can take back premoves on IPhones as long as it’s still your opponent’s move. Just tap the piece you’re premoving and the operation will cancel.

I've been trying to figure out a way to take back a premove on 3 different iPhones for the past couple years. Tapping the piece doesn't do anything except set it up for another premove. None of the mods or developers that I've asked have known how to either.
