Both USCF and FIDE rules of chess for online games say that premoves should be immediately executed, so time control games with no increment are hurt by the fact that premoves take up 0:01 instead of being immediate. I'm told that lichess doesn't do that. What are opinions regarding this? Is there a way to give feedback?
Honestly, I'm not against it. If I'm forced to play several premoves, it's because I'm already destined to lose, and if i fail to checkmate due of time it's on me.
In other hand, for extreme time controls like 10 sec, the claim is reasonable, but a lot of moves played in no time would lead to more draws by the 50-move rule and the freezed time scenario for me is more contraintuitive than dragging silent time each premove.
