Anybody else having problems getting disconnected in the middle of a live chess match? This has happened to me three times now over the last two days. It disconnects me, says I'm offline, and then end up losing on time because it won't reconnect me to the game. It's not my home network or my device, because literally everything else in my house does not have this problem, nor do any other websites. This getting really annoying, especially since I'm a paying member!!!
It is painful to lose that way. No question about it.
However, thousands of games are going on every minute. Your local network may be fine but your connection has to be maintained across many devices between you and chess com.
In the scheme of things, it is a fairly small problem.
You have 39 losses by abandonment. Out of 8,000+ games.
And you have 205 wins by abandonment.
