As you can see from this graph, there are far fewer rapid players at 1800.

I recently hit 1800, and I'm not sure if it's got anything to do with that, but it takes forever to find games and when they do, I'm matched with a 15/600 with almost no reward for winning. Is this just a random thing or is it due to the rating?
