Just out of curiosity, is there an official site statement addressing whether Chess.com or admins utilize bots in Live chess?
I see threads like this from time to time but never a simple answer like "See this FAQ stating the site does not use bots."
I see the robot I was annoyed with got banned. That's good.

You won't find that statement because chess.com does use bots. This is 2016, get used to it.
I think two players should say hello to each other or should send some message that a bot cannot do and then should start the real tournament.
