Is this guy cheating, or;

I resigned after that because I suspected him cheating.

You're playing a Sicilian and you've never heard of en passant??? Its something pretty much every beginner learns when they learn pawn moves...

I suggest to stay away from the Sicilian for now and play 1.e4 e5, reread the rules of the game, learn general opening principles, basic endings...
