I have the same problem!
It seems that due to slow adsl, i cannot play anymore!
BUT!
I can play in this site with no problem

although the parameters in my computer are/remain equal!
I think that chess com should do something about it! Becasue i have experienced other anomalies which apparently other users have suffered too!
Any Solution to this problem ? Using Windows 7 Chrom, also tried it with IE and on different computers, same problem, computers are up to date and Java up to date, maybe it's only happens to none members???

Thank you erik. this forum has been helpful in finding other browsers so we can continue playing and being humbled by chess. the only glitch i've noticed in bullet with safari is that the ratings limits you put on new games do not appear to work for the low range.
