most of my lost came from net disconnection. chess.com just recently notified me about fair play policy. as i don't intentionally get disconnected, i feel sad being reprimanded and warned to get restricted if i continue such "habit" .how can i tell the admin about my net problem? and beg to stay me and allow to play again. thanks.
