I notice that sometimes sound is off, even though I have enabled sounds in Live Chess settings. Is this because the opponent has NOT enabled sounds? Or is there another explanation.
Dunno... tried changing my settings - I definitely have sound enabled - but am stilll not getting any sounds in Live Chess.
I used to have sound problems in Live Chess using Firefox. Then I read a post in another thread that suggested updating your Flash player . . . and it hit me what MY problem was. One of my Firefox add-ons is "Flashblock."
Once I added chess.com to the approved sites list, my sound problems were over.

Interesting. I use 'Flashblock' - so maybe that is the problem. Will give it a try.
(I don't see the 'Flashblock' icon in live chess where the Flash content would be - but whatever).

Is there supposed to be sound in Live Chess when pieces are moved? As I recall there where sounds in Live Chess 1.0. I miss them.
