stopping and starting

I was playing against a guy who kept on losing and regaining connection. Now, chess.com has an excellent solution for this. They will then auto-resign the player who can't play. But the problem is with this. Is that he kept on losing and regaining connection. So it would start the clock over. This literally went on for 7 minutes until he just decided to forfeit. I'm thinking maybe you guys could make a limit for how much they can come back and into the game. Thanks :)

Was he losing? He probably had Internet problems and decided he couldn't play.

There really wasn't a win/lose situation. We only got 10 moves in. You can watch it. It was my latest game

Yea, he was having connection problems. He shouldn't be punished by an auto resign.

You joined chess.com 7 days ago. There are many things about chess.com that you have yet to learn, and will learn sooner or later. For this, just let it go - you won the game after all.

Haha yes I know. But I don't think they should be punished. But maybe it is kinda like a draw. But not. If that makes sens

I'm a new user, and a paying member, begginer level and cannot find user rules or tutorial for the app. However just received a warning regarding not compliance with the fair play policy which I had not knowledge of until now.

Not a very proactive or welcoming   approach...

Chess.com makes it ridiculously difficult to find rules and I, who will soon participate in my first 3 day/move game as part of a team, could only find them through a Google search.

The Fair Play Policy is here:

Another guide to site playing rules is here:
