What are the time limits for each of the three ratings?

Example:
Bullet: 2 min or less
Blitz: 10 min or less
Standard: over 10 min

I think it is this:

Bullet:  2:59 and under

Blitz:  3:00 - 14:59

Standard: 15:00 and over

Note: This is only for chess.com.  Other places are different.

1-2 minute games : Bullet

3-14 minute games : Blitz

15 minutes and up : Standard
