time not decreasing!!!

Hi,

For almost 5-6 moves, his time went all the way to 7 seconds then back to 9.5 Seconds. He was a premium member did that help him? If so then its really unfair.

Just like barefoot said you might have been in a game using increments which would explain his time going up. As for his time never going down, if you look in the options for your live chess games you will find a setting called premove. If this is turned on, it is possible to make your move before it is your turn. This is obviously very risky in any game when you're not in time trouble, but can be a life saver. I've played people with only 3 seconds left on my clock to 30 on theirs and ran them out of time because of this. I hope this helps to answer your question.

Premium members get this feature of Auto-Timeout protection which is really unfair since they will not loose due to timeouts!

That day i witnessed it while playing against a premium member and it was not a pleasant experience.
