The problem here maybe is your internet connection, this happens to me more often that my opponent doesn't move on 3 minutes (5min. blitz) not realizing that I had a red lag indicator (a small light near on your name) and it seems that I am the one who is now going to move. When your playing what is the color of lag indicator their? Green, Yellow, or Red?

That is the lag indicator, if red light occurs then you had a poor connection. What is the color of the lag indicator when playing?
I'm not sure if your internet connection is the problem, but I don't see any more reasons why your problem appears.

How many times i complained regarding the time in live chess..now it happens again, when my playmates was already move, i immediately respond my move for just 3 seconds until 5 seconds..how it happen that my time always running out at all the time while i know my playmates responding a slow moved? now, i lose again 100 points because of this running out of time..weird!..weird!, because everytime i reach 1150 points rates, they always wants my rates back to less 200 points..really weird!
