tourch move

I just noticed that the live games are almost "touch move".  Multiple games I have pickup a peice with my cursor and that changed my mind and set it down on the exact same sqaure.  It has counted it as a move and, of course, It has counted it as a move and I have gone on to loose the game because it was usually a blunder.......  or at least a situation where I needed to make a move.  It is like giging an opponent two moves in a row.  Anyone can win if they get two moves in a row.

Has anyone run ito that situation?  

Must be your settings I think.

Where?  It just cost me another game?

The exact same square? If so, it shouldn't count as a move, maybe it's a bug or something, but it never happened to me.
