Using arrows during play

Why is there a new policy that you can't draw arrows with your mouse anymore during a game?

Almost all the other chess-websites have this feature. Apparently you can still do it in an analysis mode but not during a match. I am also wondering if this is just a bug in my account or is this a general policy nowadays.

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately i don't have that option in settings. Not under Board and Pieces nor Live Chess nor under any other sub setting.

I would like to start playing again but I need that feature so that the match is fair if my opponents have that too.
