Something is very wrong when this happens: I'm playing an opponent named OctaviusAkski from Poland. He has only ONE move remaining before checkmate. Time remaining on clock was over 1HR in length for a Live 45/45 game. He refuses to play at this point and let the clock run down instead. This is Pure Manipulation. Calling this "Bad etiquette" in my opinion doesn't even qualify. I am unable to play another game while this one is in progress. There needs to be some kind of resolution. This is my very first day with a chess.com account and this is the second game in which my opponent has intentionally stalled using the Time...it appears in the hope that I might quit and they would thus win.
Yes, I just posted about my game in which my opponent was stalling when he had only one move remaining before checkmate...only to discover that somehow I was Given a Loss for this game?? I was waiting for him to move and somehow I get scored a Loss. How is this possible???

I may resign or ask them to move nicely. After that I will abort games every time they are my opponent.

This is annoying because I have to wait 5 min before they make a move, normally this happens when my opponent are losing. For me I just do homework or do something else while I wait for them.
