I'm really liking the latest Firefox.  I also like Opera, though it has issues with resizing and scrolling that I don't like.  I like the overall look and feel of Safari the best (and I'm not a mac guy, at least not yet!), but it's performance on Windows leaves much to be desired - lots and lots of lag for no good reason.  Opera and FF are the fastest by a long shot.
