What is possible?
you have heard of premove right? depending on the position and lag you can crack off a move every .2-.5 seconds or so.
yes of coarse , but it still is of no use if some one has a program that allows ,a extra 14.5 secounds when the clock reaches the 10 secound alarm, it is hard to notice because one becomes involved in the game and in those ten secounds you are more in the game than watching the clock , so my reference is not to play faster but have a way chess, com can reference when and at what time the move was made , if you could see the clock was altered ,then this new kind of advantage would be deleted not incouraged
again i have yet to see that occur in a game, if there is a pause its usually due to lag, I had people accuse me of the samething. I dont know the programming but my guess is that its not that easy if possible at all. I COULD see a delay but adding time i doubt. If a game clock drops to 0 or 1 sec and suddently bounces up to 14 after thier move its lag. If they go from 10 to 8 then to 14 I want to see a video capture. Finally if you think they are cheating then just block them and move on 1 min is just for fun and its not real chess so dont take any result there seriously.
