Here's a new thread for asking Chess.com when they are going to get around to fixing some pertenant problem.

1) WHEN are you going to fix the force refresh problem? When you go to Chess.com's live chess, the JAVA applet will often force a refresh over and over and over,. If this happens when a game is jsut starting, it will cause the server to ABORT and then PENALIZE the player for aborting too much.

2) PLEASE stop these stupid penalties that you enforce on players when they are CAUSED BY BUGS IN THE CLIENT !!!

Are you using 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard)? Unfortunately we've had people report issues with the Snow Leopard version of Safari that they haven't reported in other versions.

Can you please try using a different browser and letting me know if that fixes it?
