Hello. I’m around 1100 in chess. Well I was around this time last week. Since then I’ve lost a whopping 200 rating points due to rage and tilt. Does anyone have any tips to deal with these. I want to first of all learn and get better. But also I want to have my rating represent my full skill level

Ur skill level is probably 500

Probably need to do more training, and learning the board properly. Not saying I do that but it would be a logical approach. And you have pointed it out... Rage. Learn the board.
