That was not stalemate, white has just moved and it was black's turn and black has ran out of time but there's no way for white to win if the game continues so it was a draw

Because it would be done by repetition, you would go back and fourth
From what I understand, if you run out of time but your opponent doesn’t have enough material to checkmate, the game ends in a draw. https://null-brawl.org/
