Why so few Computer-Hards?

In live chess there are always games (challenges) available with Computer-Easy and Computer-Medium. There are less games available against Computer-Impossible but at least there are a few.
I have noticed that at certain times of the day Computer-Hard never appears. At other times when Computer-Hard does show up, it's a rare occasion - much less frequent than Easy, Medium or Impossible.
Can we have more regular challenges from Computer-Hard please?
