won but lost points

I don`t know if it happened to anyone else but when I look the my today games. I won but my points went down by 15. Can this be retrieved? I hope so, my score is low enough as it is. Thank you for looking into this.

today I played 4 games and won them all. at 872, I won and went down to 854.

Wish I knew how to get those 15 points back.

The only way that would happen is if you actually found an opponenent with a negative rating lol...

Must be a glitch file a support ticket

You played a 20 0 game which uses a different rating. Your win improved your existing long time control rating, which is still lower than your blitz rating.

You have 3 separate ratings:

- Bullet (1200 rating)

- Blitz (895 rating)

- Standard (854 rating)

well my standard just went up to 885 so I think it got fixed. Thank you for you comments guys.

In the upper right hand corner of your screen you should see (your name) - Help - logout. Click on Help.
