Staff decided it was too easy to find things so the good stuff is hidden; kind of like an Easter egg hunt. When you go to the time controls, choose custom and that brings up a rating button where you can choose unrated. More V3 wonderfulness...

I thought it was a bug but it persists... WTF is going on? Some kind of new policy?
