i have seen this mate before. it is very classic and quite funny. trapping your opponent with his own pieces, halarious.

Thanks so much, 8by8 for sharing this superb puzzle. I agree with kortam25 and Pavrey as it is an Excellent way to illustrate the Smothered mate.

i like the smothered mate but think its been illustrated a bit to much lately not that this one wasn't a nice one.
