Wrong board orientation. This would make everyone assume that black is on move. On lichess it's white.

With white to move and win it is straightforward.

The puzzle is simple and also it was a blitz game so it isnt that suprising he didnt see it and secondly he isnt a gm its lm which means lichess master which isnt a real title
I think the solution is:
Nd6+
If Ke8, then we play Nxf7+ and we fork the king and the knight
If exd6, then exd6+ discovered attack on the queen
I closed my Lichess account a few months ago, so I did not see the solution. You can even check it.
