White has several ways to win. He can give away his queen with .Qd4 Nxd4 and still win easily.

Of course your line wins! I said that the line "1. Qd4 Nxd4 " wins as well to show how easy white wins. It's a bit weird to nominate one move as "brilliant" when so many moves win. Engine judgement on brilliancy is quite poor.
