All six black units capture the white pawn – nice, especially the e.p. capture, an unusual addition to the theme. But one variation needs to be fixed – 1...dxe4 2.Qxd4/Qxg5.
Can you solve another Mate in 2?

Turning d5 into a bishop fixes it:
Right! It's better to keep the bishop on h8 though because 1. ... Rxh8 2. Qf4 gives a good extra mate! All you gotta do further is place wK somewhere else.
Note: Just saw there is no safe square for the king; requires more tuning.

well, i feel like +1 capture to ANOTHER type of mate is inferior to all the captures being on the same square but thats my opinion

That would only be the case if the "other" mate would lose any of the mates after capture on the "same square". Perhaps you prefer roses but would you object to receiving 10 roses + 1 tulip over receiving 10 roses?
Your attitude towards tulips bars you from ever entering Holland in the spring season. We are deeply offended
Thanks for the comments!
@Arisktotle that's a good suggestion! Please see the updated version above
See no update. What changed? Btw, I think I can guess ....

I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. The white king cannot be checked anymore, and thus Rxf8 is a decent variation
Here is a Mate in 2 puzzle I recently composed.
For the Meredith, please see post 26
Version as of 6/11:
For the sake of simplicity there are no tries. Hope you like it
