Good one I think I've seen this one before, and probably have it in my database.
Actually it was posted and discussed here (or on the Endgame Study Forum) quite recently but I don't recall the Topic name.
The formula that appears to hold for puzzles on chess.com is that the next puzzle posted likely is one of the most recent puzzles posted before. Which indicates considerable laziness on the part of the contributors. Besides that many puzzles come from the same source publication (often Lichess) though I doubt a 130-mover would come from there.
