Chess Puzzle, can you also find the refuation?

There is a better continuation for black than what the puzzle gave. This still loses for black, however it saves the queen.

Is it 3. .. Be7? instead of c6 which loses the queen?

or something like 1...h6

3...Be7 isn't legal. Do you mean 1...Be7? (I guess this is what you mean sorry, but I just want to make sure)

Actually there is only one square which the queen can move to. Can you tell me what it is? If you find it I'll then give you that continuation (which is not black's best try, however it is an improvement over the puzzle continuation).
Again, 1...h6 is a definite improvement, however not the best (but it is good enough for me to congratulate you, so well done on that).

Yeah, something tells me that this "better continuation" isn't going to be much of a bargain either. 

Haha, your intuition is correct. The "best" continuation still leaves Black a piece down, I'll post it soon. Thanks for your input.

Q to b6 or c4 right? Those are the only spots I see that you can move it to prevent the Nc6#...but since we're not taking the bishop maybe that's not a threat?
