That's the same as stating that solving an apparent suicide is of presidential level. Like presidents are not elected to diagnose suicides, so are GMs not trained to solve endgame studies. There is a large community of problemists much better at this stuff. You can verify this by the poor performance of StockFish. Like GMs, SF is trained to win games, not to solve awkward artificial positions and it does very poorly on this one!
It is a brilliant study though!
