This a VERY COOL drawn position. Find the way to draw as white.
Cool Tactic!
This is an exquisite ending, the ultimate demonstration of domination by a white knight.
The first move however raises a question. Why can white not save his knight with Na5-b3? Do you know the answer? OK, you changed the black knight to a1; that looks fine!

Here's another tactic from one of my games. There are two winning first moves. Nxe3 IS NOT the first move but it works. Black to move and win.

I am not so sure that 1 ... exd4 works instead of 1 ... Nxd4. What would you play after 2.Bd5?
By the way, how does this work in the main line after 3.Bd5? Does black get anything?

I think you are right about exd4 not working. However, I have let my computer sit for 1 hour and it suggests Nxd4. The problem is, if the position is one that you need to find the best move, and it has a 2nd best move that is a tiny bit worse, this is not a tactic because the description is not true. Therefore, I have changed the description on the tactic. (The funny thing is, earlier, my computer suggested Nf6. When I played Nxd4, and went back to the original position, it favored Nxd4 . Then, to see which move was better, I played Nf6 in the original position and went back to it, and the computer stuck with Nxd4!)

It's a tactic from the book Silman's Complete Endgame Course from beginner to master by Jeremy Silman.

I was playing 3 check online, and i totally messed up against somebody rated 270 points below me. They had gotten two checks for two pieces, while I had no checks. But the queens were on the board. Try to see the misleading tactic I found. (3 check is a version of chess. If you give 3 checks, you win.)
Remember, my opponent has 2 checks , and I have none.

Interesting tactics, but I didn't get why the lat tactic didn't took my rook and also why it didn't use this which he have as advantage to checkmate me...
Thanks!
