i think the point of a puzzle its. given an aparently equal position make a secuence of move that will gain material or deliver mate. in this case the position its so winning that actually almost any move its good.
Another variation of the puzzle could have been:

I sort of agree with this... up to a point.
However, there are very good puzzles where one side has huge material advantage. That is why your puzzle needs a STIPULATION, eg "white to play and win", or "mate in 3 moves"
And then, there has to be only one solution, if you say "White to play and win" and there are many first moves that achieve this, the puzzles fails.
