Hey! don't u think 3.Qd8 is sort of weird for black? Im usually used to 3.Qa5
Nice game though! The double rook sacrafice is completly justified! Because of the sacrafice u got black's queen completly in the corner and unable to protect its king!

However, I believe black has better chances to survive few more moves if it moves 18...Kd7. Regardless, given the positional advantage the double sac is definitely justified for white and no matter what black does, white can force the mate. It is just a few moves away....
Phobetor, yours is a very good tactical game. Any sac. is meant for achieving ultimately advantageous attack and WIN. Really, noteworthy game. Enjoyed the same.

yea the rock sacrifice is justified, dive up some material to set a mate, nice game by the way. From the moves i think it was a less than 10 min game(lots of blunters for more ), tell me if i'm right

This is a good example of black thinking completely in terms of material. Not only can white continuously check black into a mating net, but black's queen is completely useless at a1. So, at the most, you're down a point.

Too complicated for me. May be some thing to do with the fact that I am not a grand master either in real life or in my online avatar. But your sacrifice moves look real cool though. I thought that Black's opening sequence could have been a bit better. Was this played in a blitz format?
