note that the first and second moves (white moves, black moves) may not be the best move, but it certainly makes black embarrassed =)

edit: the first two moves ARE NOT the best moves, because black has Rxa7 Bxd2, but your unfortunate opponent went for a lucky shot...

which is better for white? Rxa7 Bxd2 or
Bxc6 a8=Q

But anyway, I thought it was a great puzzle, could you explain why white plays 6.Kd5 and not 6.f8=Q?
